When we started with Explosive Marketing it was the first time I had used a Loyalty Card after 30 + years in the industry. I was initially apprehensive of its value to what I considered a good established business but felt the solution could give added value. My concern was offering discounts to existing customers. How wrong was I? Rewarding customers.
