A campaign is a communication to your database either e-mail, post or SMS. It is either date triggered or you decide when to send it.

This is where you can create your own campaigns by e-mail or SMS and apply your offers to your own designs.

This is what you send to your customers to entice them back to your business. We have put some example offers you can use on the Management Portal or you can create your own.

In the data section you can look at individual members and their activity. You can create data queries and send campaigns to specific groups of customers.

Can I do more than one offer per Campaign? 2016-12-20T12:11:45+00:00

Not on the pre-built Campaigns but you can create as many offers as you like in Campaign Builder.

This is a search of your data with pre-set parameters such as distance to your business or males/females. Once you have a group you can save this to send a specific campaign and offer to them.

Yes, at any time.

What’s the loyalty Club? 2016-12-20T12:03:53+00:00

This is how you reward your customers for collecting points. Each point is worth £1 spent and when they reach a specific number of points the system sends out a Cheque in the post to a value you decide, (usually £10).

This is where you upload your pictures to use when creating your own campaign’s and designing emails.

Emails only need small files so the smaller the better. We accept only .jpg .gif .png images.

Yes all activity is recorded in the Offers and Loyalty Club sections, and also on individual accounts.

Yes on the Management Portal in Loyalty Club section.

You will receive an automated e-mail from us that will have all your login details on to use the Management Portal and download the APP with further login details.

Send them back to us in the pre-paid envelopes we provide. We will enter the data into your system for you.

After your first FREE month we will send you a Direct Debit Form to fill in and return signed.

We recommend you download the APP and load it onto your chosen device, Apple or Android, in preparation. Also we advise you to familiarise yourself with your Management Portal.

Yes we have created some tutorial videos for you * and we are on the end of the phone to answer any questions you have.

No your invoices will appear in the Finance section on the management portal on the 1st of each month.

Why is the post option a lot more expensive than email only? 2016-12-20T12:01:48+00:00

We see a much higher ROI from postal campaigns, we suggest a mixture and you can decide which works best for you from the results you get.

Once we have your logo which you can upload on the sign up form the process takes between 5-7 working days for delivery to you.

You can now collect your customers data and start to hand out the cards asking them to fill in the application form.
