Customer Communication is an important part of the Explosive System, there’s little point in having a customer database if you’re not going to use it. That’s why we offer a completely ‘done for you’ customer communication solution as part of the service we offer to restaurants. It’s the best (and easiest) way to keep in touch with your customers.
For most of the restaurants we work with we use a combination of hardcopy mailings (our colourful, oversized postcards always get a strong response, regularly over 20%) as well as emails and SMS text messages through our ‘restaurants only’ online marketing portal. As one of the restaurant owners we work with said “it’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3. Write it, test it, send it.”

We use highly personal language, combined with bold and eye-catching images to get the best response possible. We integrate email and hard-copy mailings into short and highly effective campaigns to drive up customer responses.
Our tried and tested approach to customer communication really works. Our Birthday Mailers, for example, regularly generate a 20% + response. That’s 20 bookings (typically for 4 or more diners) for every 100 mailers that we send.
