Feedback
As a key part of the Explosive Marketing Sytem, acess to your online portal is your window to your automated customer feedback engine, where you can analyse your recent customer feedback as well as read through your customer comments, and respond to them instantaneously.
Following their visit, your VIP members are automatically sent an e-mail requesting feedback on their dining experience with you. These e-mails are sent at the frequency you determine and the comments, once submitted, are updated immediately on your online portal for you to review instantly.
We also send an e-mail directly to you if we think that any aspect of your member feedback may give you reason to follow up directly with your customers. You’ll immediately receive an e-mail with the information that has been submitted, when they dined with you, how much they spent (on both their specific visit and during their life as a VIP member) and their contact details – so you can get in touch with them straight away and put things right.

Reporting
In our experience, most independent restaurants in the UK (like many small businesses) don’t know how well or how hard their marketing is working for them. They have no measurement systems in place and have never tested any aspect of their marketing.
