Nigel Botterill

The founder and Chief Executive of N5, Explosive's parent company, Nigel is a passionate and hands-on member of the Explosive Team. Nigel started his career at Barclays before becoming Head of Marketing at Singlepoint and then into the top job as MD of Card Protection Plan. Nigel set up N5 in 2002 and has never looked back.

Mark Creaser

Heading up the Explosive Team, Mark is responsible for making sure that we deliver great results for the restaurants we work with. A direct marketing specialist, Mark spends much of his time ensuring our System wrings every last ounce of ROI of every single penny that our Explosive restaurants choose to spend with us.

Paul Chapman

Our Commercial Director, Paul joined our team from Raleigh UK and played an instrumental role in developing and launching Explosive Marketing (apart from the month he deserted us to get married!). When he's not out visting restaurants, or scooting around on his much-loved classic Lambretta, you'll find him in the office, where he'd love to hear from you.

Alisa Burke

Alisa is the whirlwind of activity behind everything the Explosive Team does. Managing our partners and suppliers, working directly with our clients, and keeping track of every last detail. She's friendly, efficient, super-effective and she's a great singer too! What more could you ask for?

Andy Hurst

Andy became N5's Managing Director in 2007, bringing a wealth of experience that's been invaluable for the Explosive Team. He joined our team from City Lofts, where he was Sales and Marketing Director. Andy spent much of his career in Sales and Marketing (at Land Rover, AXA and Taylor Woodrow, if you're interested) and he's picked up some useful stuff along the way. Andy is a cool and calming influence on an excitable and enthusiastic team.
